Insurance Plans We Accept

We accept almost all insurance plans.  If you have any questions regarding your individual plan or payment options please feel free to contact our business office at (502)589-9488.

As a courtesy, Premier Surgery Center will file a claim with your insurance company for you.  Prior to your surgery, we will verify your insurance coverage, amount of deductible and any copayment due.  Payment for any copay and deductible not covered by your insurance company is due on the day of your procedure.  Due to the number of insurance plans, we suggest that you contact your insusrance company if you have specific questions regarding your coverage.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express with credit card approval on the date of payment.

Separate bills will be submitted to your insurance company for services provided by your anesthesiologist, pathologist and surgeon.

It is your right as a patient to request information or have questions answered regarding fee payment or payment policies.  If you have any questions or problems regarding your bill, please contact our business office at (502)589-9488. We will be happy to help you between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.


You will be contacted prior to your surgery with an estimated procedure cost for you surgery.  Fees for the facility and anesthesia will be collected in full on the day of the procedure. You will receive a separate bill from the physician, and some patients may see receive a separate bill for pathology. We accept cash, cashier’s checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, GreenSky, and Alphaeon. No personal checks will be accepted on the day of surgery.
